Dear Fellow Chaine Members:
I would like to thank Dewey and Dale LoSasso for an excellent evening. The food was spectacular! I would also like to thank Mark D. Stern for a superb job matching the wines to the food and the superior quality of the wines. We definitely started the season off with a bang! Our next event is at 3030 Ocean Restaurant. Chef Dean James Max from 3030 Ocean Restaurant in the Marriot Harbor Beach has put together an excellent menu. He has created a Polynesian menu that is quite special. In keeping with the Polynesian theme, the dress will also be Polynesian. Men, a Tommy Bahama shirt is perfect. Ladies, I will let you figure it out. As always, space is limited and guests are welcome but members have first rights.
On December 10th the Fort Lauderdale chapter will have an induction dinner. For anyone interested in joining the Chaine des Rotisseurs, please get your forms in to me soon as soon as possible. It takes the national office time to process applications and send the proper medals.
