Dear Fellow Chaine Members:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chef Jean Pierre from Jean Pierre’s Cooking School prior to the cooking class.  Since Valentines Day is just around the corner, so is the next Chaine event. Consequently, the invitations had to go out prior to the class, but I did not want to forget to thank Chef Jean Pierre.  Our next event is at Rino’s Tuscan Grill.   Chef Rotisseur Rino Balzado is a personal friend and has been a Chaine member for many years.  He just reinstated his membership at our last event at the Grill Room on Las Olas.  Chef Rino is one of my favorite Chef’s and just returned from cooking at the James Beard House. His dinner at the James Beard House went so well, he wanted to recreate it for the Chaine (except I requested he add a cheese course).   I think you will love the menu.  Please note that since they do not serve passed Hors D’ Oeuvres and Champagne at the James Beard House we will only serve Champagne for approximately fifteen minutes to allow everyone  to arrive and then we will sit for the dinner.  There will be no passed Hors D’ Oeuvres.  So please arrive promptly.  Chef Rino‘s food is both romantic and exquisite.  Therefore, we decided a Chaine event for Valentines Day would be extremely apropos.  The Dress for this event will be Cocktail Attire with a Valentine theme and Chaine Decorations.  Please come ready to meet new people.  I know we will have a lot of fun!

Also, enclosed with this invitation is a bill for local dues.  Please don’t forget to send in your check so that you can continue attending all of our extraordinary events and receive all of the mailings of the Fort Lauderdale Chaine.
