About our Chapter

The Ft. Lauderdale Baillage was the first Bailliage established in Florida and continues to remain one of the most active Chaine chapters in the US. This chapter organizes twelve Chaine or Mondial events per year in the Greater Ft. Lauderale area. The goal of  these events is to create an exceptional gastronomic experience accompanied by fine and appropriate wines while at the same time creating camaraderie and fun and when possible furthering the members knowledge of the culinary arts.

The Ft. Lauderdale Bailliage or Chapter is a dynamic organization with a broad membership composed of both "non-professional" laymen, gastronomes, and "professional" members. The membership comprises 80 members and 50 to 60 associate members.  These associate members are individuals from other Chaine chapters in the area who also wish to participate in the events put on by our chapter and pay our local dues.

Financial Statements are available upon request.
