Chef Tim Boyd, formerly of Upper Crust has joined forces with Candace and Val Bure to open Milk & Honey Café.  In addition, the Bures have also joined forces with Chateau Boswell, Jacquelynn, and Wine Maker, Joshua T. Peeples.  We are extremely lucky to have Joshua Peeples coming to our dinner to talk to us about these wines.  Some of the wines that will be showcased are straight from the Barrel and only bottled for this event, the other wines are limited production available through the winery.  I have tasted these wines, they are incredible and Chef Tim Boyd has created a spectacular menu to match.  The wines that Joshua Peeples will be pouring are:
