Dear Fellow Chaine Members:
I would like to thank Chef Dewey LoSasso from North 110 for a phenomenal meal in June. Dewey and Dale did an excellent job of sticking to the “Summer in the Northeast” theme and even went as far as bringing newspapers from the Northeast to serve some of the Hors D’Oeuvres. The food was superb and everyone was dressed in the summer theme. It was truly a Summer Feast. Chef Allen, one of South Florida’s most renowned chefs with too many accolades to mention, is extremely excited to host our next event in his restaurant. This event will be a joint event with the Miami Beach Chaine Chapter. What a great season Kick Off! The menu is absolutely spectacular and the wines will be equally as spectacular! The dress for this evening will be Black Tie with Chaine decorations. Please feel free to bring guests. September is an excellent time to bring guests and introduce them to the Chaine.

I would also like to remind you that the website is being constantly updated with pictures of previous events and dates for new upcoming events. Please don’t forget to check it out from time to time.

Finally, don’t forget to check out the next issue of Gastronome where the Ft. Lauderdale Chapter will have a very prominent article.
