Dear Fellow Chaine Members:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chef Jean Pierre from Jean Pierre’s Cooking School. Everyone had a great time and I think we learned some valuable techniques. Our next event is at Himmarshee Bar & Grille. Executive Chef Youssef Hammi has put together an exceptional Valentine menu that I know you will love. The Dress for this event will be Cocktail Attire with a Valentine theme and Chaine Decorations. Space for this event is limited so please send your checks in as soon as possible to reserve your space. Guests are welcome but as always, members will have first rights.
I would like to announce the appointment of a new Charge de Missions. Greg Saban has agreed to accept the position. This position helps the Bailli and is the membership committee. If anyone is interested in becoming an officer or just helping with an event, please let me know. I would love to mentor people who have a desire to learn how to put on or help with Chaine dinners. Again, please do not hesitate to let me know. In addition, if anyone is interested in running for Bailli, elections are this June, please contact our Bailli Provincial, Dr. Walter Padow

Last month I sent a bill for local dues. If you haven’t sent it your check yet, please do so now so that you can continue attending all of our extraordinary events and receive all of the mailings of the Fort Lauderdale Chaine.
