Dear Fellow Chaine Members:

I would like to thank Chef Dean James Max and his staff from 3030 Ocean Restaurant for a truly spectacular evening. Everyone loved the Polynesian theme and attire.  I would also like to thank our Vice Echanson (Sommelier), Mark D. Stern for a superb job matching the wines to the food.  Our next event will be an Induction Game Dinner.  Hugh’s Catering, a member of the Fort Lauderdale Chaine, built an unbelievable facility for special events.  One of his rooms in his new catering hall is a game room:  you will feel like you were flown to a dinner in Africa.  We also have many new members to induct. Chef Hugh McCauley, Maitre Rotisseur Traiteur of the Chaine des Rotisseurs has created an incredible “Game” menu.  The dress for this event will be Black Tie with Chaine Decorations and Animal Prints are optional.  As always, space is limited and guests are welcome but inductees and their families will have first rights. I suggest you send in your checks as early as possible since the Fort Lauderdale Chaine events have been filling quickly.  Please do not wait until the deadline and remember, your check is your reservation.

If there is anyone interested in joining the Chaine des Rotisseurs who has not already sent me their membership applications, please call me, so that I know you are interested, and get your forms in to me soon as soon as possible.  It takes the national office time to process applications and send the proper medals.
