Dear Fellow Chaine Members:

I would like to thank Chef Johnny Vincencz, Chef De Cuisine Dwayne Adams and General Manager Roger Morlock of Johnny V for a spectacular dinner.  The cuisine as well as the service were beyond my wildest dreams.  Every course was better that the previous.  The wines were also perfectly paired to each course.  Overall, I think that everyone who attended will agree it was a spectacular evening!  Our next event will take place at one of my favorite restaurants which is truly a hidden jewel. Chef/Proprietor Aboud Kobaitri of La Brochette Bistro is extremely attentive and personally supervises every ingredient and detail in his restaurant and it shows.  The food is truly unbelievable and the menu always contains items that are unique to his restaurant.  I know that this event will be a treat!  The dress for this evening will be Black Tie.  Space is limited so I will accept members and one guest first and if there is still space available I will take extra guests.

I would also like to remind you that the website is being constantly updated with pictures of previous events and dates for new upcoming events.  Please don’t forget to check it out from time to time.
