Dear Fellow Chaine Members:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Executive Chef Youssef Hammi from Himmarshee Bar & Grille for an absolutely superb dinner. Everyone had an excellent Valentines Dinner: the cuisine, wine and company were incredible. Our next event will be hosted by members of our chapter, Dr. and Mrs. Matthew Kay at the Tower Club in Fort Lauderdale. The Tower Club is on the 28th floor of One Financial Plaza. Both the ambiance and view in the restaurant are spectacular as well as the cuisine of Executive Chef, Jeffrey “Cheffrey” Stenshein. The Chef has designed a Florida menu that is incredible. Chef Cheffrey enjoys cooking with fresh, local ingredients. I think you will love the menu. The Dress for this event will be South Beach Chic with Chaine Decorations. Space for this event is limited so please send your checks in as soon as possible to reserve your space. Guests are welcome but as always, members will have first rights.
Don’t forget, if you haven’t sent in your check yet for local dues, please do so now so that you can continue attending all of our extraordinary events and receive all of the mailings of the Fort Lauderdale Chaine. Also, please visit the website from time to time. Our next event will be held at Jazziz in Hardrock on May 12. Save the date.
