LET THE TOUR BEGIN…
First Stop on our tour takes us to Miami Beach. With all of its great history there is one item that has stood the test of time.

Our second stop brings us up the road to Le Petite Haiti. This island offers so many creative culinary ideas and the people have brought some of their countries favorites with them.
Piri Cole aka PWA is a Home-Style Criollo Dish (Haitian Creole)
Local Red Snapper over Brown Rice, Glazed Pinto Beans, and Onions.
Served with a Beef Bouillon with Island Spices, Tomatoes and Potatoes.
After our time in Le Petite Haiti, we move on to one of the most famous areas of Miami; Little Havana.
We take some traditional Cuban ingredients and give them a Florida twist.
Take Crispy Shells and fill them with local Micro Greens, Roasted Chayote Squash, Chorizo Sausage, Tostano Croutons, Burst Baby Tomatoes,
and a Whole Mustard Vinaigrette.

Time spent in Miami without going to the world famous everglades is just not right!
We will sample
Mango Glazed Alligator Ribs along with Crispy Florida frog legs.
In traditional glades fashion we will offset the flavors with a Creamy Slaw.
We pause for a special selection of
Cheese along with Florida Honeycomb and Papaya Preserves.
Florida is known for some fine fruits and we will finish our tour with them.
